We present an experiment performed using different im- pulsive and non-impulsive surface seismic sources, and ground-force reference measurements obtained by base- plate load cells, and a shallow assembly of buried stress sensors. The aim is to obtain appropriate deconvolution operators to remove the individual source signatures in the seismic signals. We perform the analysis with signals of vertical seismic profiles (VSP) recorded by an array of permanent geophones in a shallow instrumented well. The analysis shows a significant improvement in the calculated seismic signals, and the results obtained by different sources present low differences.

Abstract
We present an experiment performed using different im- pulsive and non-impulsive surface seismic sources, and ground-force reference measurements obtained by base- plate load cells, and a shallow assembly of buried stress sensors. The aim is to obtain appropriate deconvolution operators to remove the individual source signatures in the seismic signals. We perform the analysis with signals of vertical seismic profiles (VSP) recorded by an array of permanent geophones in a shallow instrumented well. The analysis shows a significant improvement in the calculated seismic signals, and the results obtained by different sources present low differences.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
