The Central Adriatic Basin is characterized by several sedimentary structures originated during the Dinaric and Apennine orogenic processes; these features (sedimentary wedge and a thickness of Pliocene deposits covered by the Quaternary prograding sequence) have been observed on the seismic profile ADRIA 95, located on the offshore of the Central Adriatic Sea. In order to better define the reflectors of the Plio-Quaternary sedimentary sequence, the recent deformations in the shallower layers and the present bright spots we have re-processed the seismic profile, with pre-stack deconvolution, stacking velocity analysis, depth migration and seismic attributes analysis.

Abstract
The Central Adriatic Basin is characterized by several sedimentary structures originated during the Dinaric and Apennine orogenic processes; these features (sedimentary wedge and a thickness of Pliocene deposits covered by the Quaternary prograding sequence) have been observed on the seismic profile ADRIA 95, located on the offshore of the Central Adriatic Sea. In order to better define the reflectors of the Plio-Quaternary sedimentary sequence, the recent deformations in the shallower layers and the present bright spots we have re-processed the seismic profile, with pre-stack deconvolution, stacking velocity analysis, depth migration and seismic attributes analysis.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
