ESD-MED for demersal and pelagic species in the Mediterranean Sea. The product is the biomass of pelagic and demersal species obtained with the ensemble of species distribution models for the Mediterranean Sea (ESD-MED) (Panzeri et al., 2024). ESD-MED allows to obtain index of biomass density (kg km-2 ) or abundance (n km-2 ) for European hake, red mullet, deep-water shrimp and red giant shrimp (demersal) and European anchovy and sardine (pelagics).
